Nadest is an independent rental application assistance service. We prepare and submit rental applications on your behalf to properties you select, based on the information and documents you provide. We are not a letting agency, we do not list properties, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome from an application.
By submitting your intake form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and you authorize Nadest to submit rental applications on your behalf using the information and documents supplied.
We cannot guarantee that any landlord will respond, offer a viewing, or accept your application. Outcomes depend on landlords and letting agents, who make their own decisions independently of Nadest.

Once applications have been submitted to your shortlist, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable, since the work — writing, sending, and following up on your applications — has been completed. If you're unhappy with how something was handled, email us first; we'll do what we reasonably can to make it right.
