This policy explains what information Nadest collects, why, and how it's handled. We keep this simple on purpose — you're trusting us with sensitive documents, and you deserve a straight answer about what happens to them.
When you use Nadest's Fast-Track Package, we collect the personal and rental information you submit through our intake form, including your name, contact details, employment information, and documents such as your passport/ID, payslips, employment letters, references, and proof of funds.
We use this information solely to prepare and submit rental applications on your behalf, to the specific property listings you provide us. Nothing you submit is used for any other purpose.
Your documents are retained for the duration of your two-week service window, plus a short grace period, after which they are deleted. You can request deletion of your files at any time by emailing us — no questions asked.
Under Irish and EU data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@nadest.ie.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Nadest does not store your card details at any point.
